'Seeds' in the Bible

which is less indeed than all seeds, but when it is grown is greater than herbs, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of heaven come and roost in its branches.

As to a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown upon the earth, is less than all seeds which are upon the earth,

and God gives to it a body as he has pleased, and to each of the seeds its own body.

But to Abraham were the promises addressed, and to his seed: he does not say, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed; which is Christ.
