'Silence' in the Bible

“It stood still, but I could not discern its appearance;A form was before my eyes;There was silence, then I heard a voice:

“Shall your boasts silence men?And shall you scoff and none rebuke?

“I will not keep silence concerning his limbs,Or his mighty strength, or his orderly frame.
