'Slipped' in the Bible

Saul tried to pin David to the wall with the spear, but he slipped away out of Saul’s presence, so that he stuck the spear into the wall. And David fled and escaped that night.

“You enlarge my steps under me,And my feet have not slipped.

My steps have held fast to Your paths.My feet have not slipped.

You enlarge my steps under me,And my feet have not slipped.

But as for me, my feet came close to stumbling,My steps had almost slipped.

If I should say, “My foot has slipped,”Your lovingkindness, O Lord, will hold me up.

But the man who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had slipped away while there was a crowd in that place.
