'Soft' in the Bible

“Will he make many supplications to you,Or will he speak to you soft words?

By forbearance a ruler may be persuaded,And a soft tongue breaks the bone.

But what did you go out to see? A man dressed in soft clothing? Those who wear soft clothing are in kings’ palaces!
