'Striking' in the Bible

The Lord will strike Egypt, striking and healing. Then they will return to the Lord and He will hear their prayers and heal them.

Like the striking of Him who has struck them, has He struck them?Or like the slaughter of His slain, have they been slain?

And the Lord will make the splendor of His voice heardand reveal His arm striking in angry wrathand a flame of consuming fire,in driving rain, a torrent, and hailstones.
