'Swallow' in the Bible

You will make them like your fiery furnace at the time of your appearance. Yahweh will swallow them in his wrath and fire will consume them.

Do not let the torrent of waters flood over me, or [the] deep swallow me, or the pit close its mouth over me.

Even a bird finds a home, and a swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, near your altars, O Yahweh [of] hosts, my king and my God.
