'Understand' in the Bible

Will evildoers never understand?They consume My people as they consume bread;they do not call on the Lord.

“Understand this, you who forget God,or I will tear you apart,and there will be no one to rescue you.

Will evildoers never understand?They consume My people as they consume bread;they do not call on God.

Then everyone will fearand will tell about God’s work,for they will understand what He has done.

When I tried to understand all this,it seemed hopeless

I was stupid and didn’t understand;I was an unthinking animal toward You.

They do not know or understand;they wander in darkness.All the foundations of the earth are shaken.

A stupid person does not know,a fool does not understand this:

Help me understandthe meaning of Your preceptsso that I can meditate on Your wonders.

Help me understand Your instruction,and I will obey itand follow it with all my heart.

I understand more than the eldersbecause I obey Your precepts.

You know when I sit down and when I stand up;You understand my thoughts from far away.
