'Understanding' in the Bible

"For my people are foolish, they don't know me. They're stupid children, they have no understanding. They're skilled at doing evil, but how to do good, they don't know."

The LORD is the one who made the world by his power, who established the earth by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.

He made the earth by his power. He established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding he spread out the heavens.
