'Vindication' in the Bible

To Sarah he said, “Behold, I have given your brother a thousand pieces of silver; behold, it is your vindication before all who are with you, and before all men you are cleared.”

Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication;And let them say continually, “The Lord be magnified,Who delights in the prosperity of His servant.”

“No weapon that is formed against you will prosper;And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn.This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,And their vindication is from Me,” declares the Lord.

The Lord has brought about our vindication;Come and let us recount in ZionThe work of the Lord our God!

So rejoice, O sons of Zion,And be glad in the Lord your God;For He has given you the early rain for your vindication.And He has poured down for you the rain,The early and latter rain as before.
