'Work' in the Bible

Have You not made a hedge about him and his house and all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land.

“You will call, and I will answer You;You will long for the work of Your hands.

“Is it not calamity to the unjustAnd disaster to those who work iniquity?

“For He pays a man according to his work,And makes him find it according to his way.

Who shows no partiality to princesNor regards the rich above the poor,For they all are the work of His hands?

Then He declares to them their workAnd their transgressions, that they have magnified themselves.

“Remember that you should exalt His work,Of which men have sung.

“He seals the hand of every man,That all men may know His work.
