Solomon Is Made King

²¹ And they offered offerings unto the LORD. And on the morrow after the said day, they offered in burnt offerings unto the LORD a thousand oxen, a thousand rams, and a thousand lambs with their drink offerings. ²² And they slew plenteously throughout all Israel, and did eat and drink before the LORD the same day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king of Israel the second time, and anointed him unto the LORD, to be ruler, and Zadok to be the priest. ²³ And so Solomon sat on the seat of the LORD, and was king for David his father, and prospered, and all Israel obeyed him.
