but an angel of the Lord opened the prison-doors during the night and brought them out, saying,

and the angel said to him, "Gird yourself and put on your sandals." He did so. Then said the angel, "Put on your coat and follow me."

On the following night the Lord stood by Paul and said, "Courage! As you have testified to me at Jerusalem, so you must testify at Rome."

Are not all angels merely spirits in the divine service, commissioned for the benefit of those who are to inherit salvation?

but now that you are set free from sin, now that you have passed into the service of God, your gain is consecration, and the end of that is life eternal.
