A Survey Of The Kings Of The North And South

³ A mighty king will stand up and rule with great dominion, and do according to his will. ⁴ But as soon as he has arisen, his kingdom will be broken up and parceled out toward the four points of the compass, though not to his own descendants, nor according to his authority which he wielded, for his sovereignty will be uprooted and given to others besides them. ⁵ The king of the south will be strong along with one of his princes. His prince will be stronger than him, and have dominion. His dominion will be a great dominion.

Daniel 8:8

The he-goat promoted (boasted about) himself exceedingly. He was strong. The great horn was broken and instead of it there came up four notable horns toward the four winds of heaven.

Daniel 7:6

I saw another beast. It was like a LEOPARD. It had four wings as a bird on its back. The beast also had four heads. Dominion (ruling authority) was given to it.

I looked at the horns and another one, a little horn came. This horn had eyes like the eyes of a man. It had a mouth that spoke great (domineering) (boastful) things. The three first horns were plucked up roots and all.
