Lot Leaves Sodom, And The Cities Are Destroyed

²³ The sun was rising upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar. ²⁴ Then the Lord rained on Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven, ²⁵ and he overthrew those cities and all that plain, with all the inhabitants of those cities, and the fruit of the ground.
