Jacob Flees From Laban

²⁷ For what didst thou hide to break away, and didst steal me, and didst not announce to me? and I will send thee away with gladness and with songs, with the drum and with the harp? ²⁸ And didst not permit me to kiss my sons and to my daughters? now thou wert foolish doing it ²⁹ It is for the power of my hand mighty to do with you evil: and the God of your father yesterday spake to me, saying, Watch to thyself from speaking with Jacob from good to evil.
