Even though you are a sinner, you know how to give good gifts to your children. Think how much more your Father in heaven gives good things to those who ask him!

She had been a widow eighty-four years. She never left the temple. She worshipped and fasted with supplications day and night.

([Sons of Korah]) O Jehovah, God of my salvation I cry out to you day and night.

Night and day we pray exceedingly that we might see you in person, and might perfect (restore) (repair) that which is lacking in your faith.

Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, has her hope set on God, and continues in supplications and prayers day and night.

I thank God, whom I serve with a clear conscience as my forefathers did, that without ceasing, I remember you in my prayers, day and night.

Because of this they are before the throne of God. They serve him day and night in his temple. He who sits on the throne will spread his tent over (dwell among) them.

Though

([Psalm of David]) How long, O Jehovah? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?

The vision is yet for the appointed time. It moves quickly to the end. It will not lie! If it delays, wait for it for it will surely come. It will not be late!

Do not lose your courage (confidence) (boldness). It brings a great reward with it.
