9 I declare unto you, in whatever quarter of the world this part of the gospel-history shall be related, this action of hers shall be mention'd to her praise. 10 Then Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests, in order to betray him to them. 11 they were glad to hear him, and promis'd to give him money. upon which he contriv'd the most favourable occasion to betray him.
