4 The Lord said to Moses,

4 the LORD told Moses,

5 Accept these gifts from them to use in the work done for the tent of meeting. Give them to the Levites to use where they need them for their work.

5 “Accept these things from them, that they may be (c)used in the service of the tent of meeting, and you shall give them to the Levites, to each man according to his service.”

5 Take it of them, that they may be to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service.

5 “Accept these from them to be used in the work of the tent of meeting, and give this offering to the Levites, to each division according to their service.”

5 "Take these gifts from them and use them in service at the Tent of Meeting. Present them to the descendants of Levi, distributing them to each person according to his work."

6 Moses took the wagons and the oxen and gave them to the Levites.

9 But he did not give any to the sons of Kohath because theirs was (H)the service of the holy objects, which they carried on the shoulder.

9 But unto the sons of Kohath he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging unto them was that they should bear upon their shoulders.
