1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple telling the seven angels, "Go and pour out the seven bowls of the wrath of God on earth."
1 Then I heard a loud voice from (A)the (a)temple, saying to the (B)seven angels, “Go and (C)pour out (b)on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God.”
1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
1 Then I heard a loud voice from the sanctuary saying to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the seven(a) bowls of God’s wrath on the earth.”
1 Then I heard a loud voice from the Temple saying to the seven angels, "Go and pour the seven bowls of God's wrath on the earth."
2 So the first went off and poured his bowl upon the land; and noisome, painful ulcers broke out on those who bore the mark of the Beast and worshipped his statue.
2 So the first angel went and poured out his bowl (c)(D)on the earth; and it became a loathsome and malignant (E)sore on the (d)people (F)who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.
2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
2 The first went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and severely painful sores(b)(A) broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.

3 The second poured out his bowl upon the sea; it turned blood like the blood of a corpse, and every living thing within the sea perished.

4 The third poured out his bowl upon the rivers and fountains of water, and they turned blood.

5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
5 I heard the angel of the waters say:You are righteous,who is and who was,(D) the Holy One,for You have decided these things.
5 Then I heard the angel in charge of the water say, "You are just. You are the one who is and who was, the Holy One, because you have judged these things.
6 They poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink! They deserve it!"
6 for they poured out (N)the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them (O)blood to drink. They (f)deserve it.”
6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
6 Because they poured outthe blood of the saints and the prophets,You also gave them blood to drink;they deserve it!(E)
6 You have given them blood to drink because they spilled the blood of saints and prophets. This is what they deserve."
7 And I heard the altar cry, "Even so, Lord God almighty: true and just are thy sentences of doom."
7 And I heard (P)the altar saying, “Yes, O (Q)Lord God, the Almighty, (R)true and righteous are Your judgments.”
7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
7 Then I heard someone from the altar say:Yes, Lord God, the Almighty,true and righteous are Your judgments.(F)
7 Then I heard the altar reply, "Yes, Lord God Almighty, your judgments are true and just."
8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl upon the sun; and the sun was allowed to scorch men with fire,
8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl upon (S)the sun, (T)and it was given to it to scorch men with fire.
8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
8 The fourth(f) poured out his bowl on the sun. He(g) was given the power(h) to burn people with fire,

9 till men, scorched by the fierce heat, blasphemed the name of the God who had control of these plagues; yet they would not repent and give him glory.
9 Men were scorched with (g)fierce heat; and they (U)blasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues, and they (V)did not repent so as to (W)give Him glory.
9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

10 The fifth poured out his bowl upon the throne of the Beast; his realm was darkened, and men gnawed their tongues in anguish,
10 Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the (X)throne of the beast, and his kingdom became (Y)darkened; and they gnawed their tongues because of pain,
10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
10 The fifth(j) poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast,(H) and his kingdom was plunged into darkness.(I) People(k) gnawed their tongues because of their pain
10 The fifth angel poured his bowl on the throne of the beast. Its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed on their tongues in anguish
11 blaspheming the God of heaven for their pains and their ulcers, but refusing to repent of their doings.
11 and they (Z)blasphemed the (AA)God of heaven because of their pains and their (AB)sores; and they (AC)did not repent of their deeds.
11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
11 and blasphemed the God of heaven(J) because of their pains and their sores, yet they did not repent of their actions.
11 and cursed the God of heaven because of their pain-filled sores. But they did not repent of their behavior.
12 The sixth poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its waters were dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east.
12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the (AD)great river, the Euphrates; and (AE)its water was dried up, so that (AF)the way would be prepared for the kings (AG)from the (h)east.
12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

13 Then I saw issuing from the mouth of the dragon and from the mouth of the Beast and from the mouth of the false Prophet, three foul spirits like frogs ??14 demon-spirits performing miracles, who come out to muster the kings of the whole world for battle on the great Day of almighty God.
13 And I saw coming out of the mouth of the (AH)dragon and out of the mouth of the (AI)beast and out of the mouth of the (AJ)false prophet, three (AK)unclean spirits like (AL)frogs;
13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
13 Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs(L) coming from the dragon’s mouth,(M) from the beast’s mouth,(N) and from the mouth of the false prophet.(O)
13 Then I saw three disgusting spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
14 (Lo, I am coming like a thief; blessed be he who keeps awake and holds his raiment fast, not to go naked and have the shame of exposure!)
14 for they are (AM)spirits of demons, (AN)performing signs, which go out to the kings of the (AO)whole (i)world, to (AP)gather them together for the war of the (AQ)great day of God, the Almighty.
14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
14 For they are spirits of demons performing signs,(P) who travel to the kings of the whole world to assemble them for the battle of the great day of God, the Almighty.(Q)
14 They are demonic spirits that perform signs. They go to the kings of the whole earth and gather them for the war of the great Day of God Almighty.
15 And they were mustered at the spot called (in Hebrew) Harmagedon.
15 (“Behold, (AR)I am coming like a thief. (AS)Blessed is the one who stays awake and keeps his clothes, (AT)so that he will not walk about naked and men will not see his shame.”)
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
15 “Look, I am coming like a thief. The one who is alert and remains clothed(m)(R) so that he may not go around naked and people see his shame(S) is blessed.”(T)
15 "See, I am coming like a thief. How blessed is the person who remains alert and keeps his clothes on! He won't have to go naked and let others see his shame."
16 The seventh angel poured out his bowl in the air; then came a loud voice out of the temple of heaven from the throne, crying, "All is over!"
16 And they (AU)gathered them together to the place which (AV)in Hebrew is called (j)(AW)Har-Magedon.
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
16 The spirits gathered the kings to the place that is called Armageddon in Hebrew.
17 followed by flashes of lightning, loud blasts, peals of thunder, and a mighty earthquake, the like of which never was since man lived on earth, such a mighty earthquake it was;
17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl upon (AX)the air, and a (AY)loud voice came out of the (k)(AZ)temple from the throne, saying, “(BA)It is done.”
17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
17 Then the seventh(p) poured out his bowl into the air,(q) and a loud voice came out of the sanctuary(r)(V) from the throne, saying, “It is done!”
17 The seventh angel threw the contents of his bowl across the sky. A loud voice came from the throne in the Temple and said, "It has happened!"
18 the great City was shattered in three parts, the cities of the nations fell, and God remembered to give Babylon the great the cup of the wine of the passion of his anger.
18 And there were flashes of (BB)lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was (BC)a great earthquake, (BD)such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty.
18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
18 There were flashes of lightning and rumblings of thunder. And a severe earthquake occurred like no other since man has been on the earth—so great was the quake.(W)
18 There were flashes of lightning, noises, peals of thunder, and a powerful earthquake. There has never been such a powerful earthquake since people have been on the earth.
19 Every island fled away, the mountains disappeared,
19 (BE)The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the (l)nations fell. (BF)Babylon the great was (BG)remembered before God, to give her (BH)the cup of the wine of (m)His fierce wrath.
19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
19 The great city(X) split into three parts, and the cities of the nations(s) fell. Babylon the Great was remembered in God’s presence; He gave her the cup filled with the wine of His fierce anger.(Y)
19 The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. God remembered to give Babylon the Great the cup of wine filled with the fury of his wrath.
