Zechariah's Eighth Vision

⁴ Then spake I and said unto the angel that talked with me, 'O lord, what are these?' ⁵ The angel answered, and said unto me, 'These are the four winds of the heaven, which be come forth to stand before the ruler of all the earth. ⁶ That with the black horses went in to the land of the north, and the white followed them, and the speckled horses went forth toward the south.
