קַרְשֵׁי֙

[included] the boards

､ הַמִּשְׁכָּ֔ן

ham·miš·kān,

of the tabernacle ､

､ וּבְרִיחָ֖יו

ū·ḇə·rî·ḥāw

and its bars ､

､ וְעַמֻּדָ֣יו

wə·‘am·mu·ḏāw

and its pillars ､

､ וַאֲדָנָ֑יו

wa·’ă·ḏā·nāw;

and its sockets ､

וְכָל־

wə·ḵāl

and

כֵּלָ֔יו

kê·lāw,

וְכֹ֖ל

wə·ḵōl

and all

– עֲבֹדָתֽוֹ׃

‘ă·ḇō·ḏā·ṯōw.

the work relating to them –

וְעַמֻּדֵ֧י

wə·‘am·mu·ḏê

and the pillars

הֶחָצֵ֛ר

he·ḥā·ṣêr

of the court

､ סָבִ֖יב

sā·ḇîḇ

､ וְאַדְנֵיהֶ֑ם

wə·’aḏ·nê·hem;

and with their sockets ､

､ וִיתֵדֹתָ֖ם

wî·ṯê·ḏō·ṯām

. וּמֵֽיתְרֵיהֶֽם׃

ū·mê·ṯə·rê·hem.

and their cords .

Moreover those who were to camp

toward the sunrise ､

מֹשֶׁ֣ה ׀

וְאַהֲרֹ֣ן

wə·’a·hă·rōn

､ וּבָנָ֗יו

ū·ḇā·nāw,

and his sons ､

שֹֽׁמְרִים֙

šō·mə·rîm

מִשְׁמֶ֣רֶת

miš·me·reṯ

הַמִּקְדָּ֔שׁ

ham·miq·dāš,

of the sanctuary

לְמִשְׁמֶ֖רֶת

lə·miš·me·reṯ

to meet the needs

בְּנֵ֣י

bə·nê

of the sons

– יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל

yiś·rā·’êl;

of Israel –

וְהַזָּ֥ר

wə·haz·zār

but the outsider

הַקָּרֵ֖ב

haq·qā·rêḇ

. יוּמָֽת׃

was to be put to death .

and [were] twenty

. שְׁמֹתָֽם׃

of their names .

וְלָקַחְתָּ֨

And you shall take

for Me –

for the redemption

הַשְּׁלֹשָׁ֔ה

､ וְהַשִּׁבְעִ֖ים

and seventy ､

וְהַמָּאתָ֑יִם

wə·ham·mā·ṯā·yim;

and two hundred

הָעֹֽדְפִים֙

hā·‘ō·ḏə·p̄îm

who are more than the number

עַל־

‘al-

of

､ הַלְוִיִּ֔ם

hal·wî·yim,

the Levites ､

מִבְּכ֖וֹר

mib·bə·ḵō·wr

of the firstborn

בְּנֵ֥י

bə·nê

of the sons

､ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

yiś·rā·’êl.

of Israel ､

וְלָקַחְתָּ֗

wə·lā·qaḥ·tā,

and you shall take

חֲמֵ֧שֶׁת

ḥă·mê·šeṯ

חֲמֵ֛שֶׁת

שְׁקָלִ֖ים

šə·qā·lîm

. לַגֻּלְגֹּ֑לֶת

lag·gul·gō·leṯ;

for each one individually .

בְּשֶׁ֤קֶל

bə·še·qel

In the currency of the shekel

הַקֹּ֙דֶשׁ֙

haq·qō·ḏeš

of the sanctuary

､ תִּקָּ֔ח

tiq·qāḥ,

you shall take [them] ､

עֶשְׂרִ֥ים

‘eś·rîm

גֵּרָ֖ה

gê·rāh

. הַשָּֽׁקֶל׃

haš·šā·qel.

the shekel of .

וְנָתַתָּ֣ה

wə·nā·ṯat·tāh

And you shall give

הַכֶּ֔סֶף

לְאַהֲרֹ֖ן

､ וּלְבָנָ֑יו

ū·lə·ḇā·nāw;

and his sons ､

פְּדוּיֵ֕י

with which is redeemed

הָעֹדְפִ֖ים

the excess number

. בָּהֶֽם׃

וַיִּקַּ֣ח
