Consider and answer me, O Lord my God;Enlighten my eyes, or I will sleep the sleep of death,

I have called upon You, for You will answer me, O God;Incline Your ear to me, hear my speech.

Save me from the lion’s mouth;From the horns of the wild oxen You answer me.

Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice,And be gracious to me and answer me.
