'Face of God' in the Bible

And the earth shall be corrupted to the face of God; and the earth shall be filled with violence.

And Jacob will call the name of the place, the face of God: for I saw God lace to face, and my soul shall be saved.

And the sun will rise to him when he passed through the face of God, and he limped upon his thigh.
