'Listen To Him' in the Bible
While he was yet speaking, behold! a luminous cloud overshadowed them; and a voice out of the cloud, saying. "This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom is my delight. Listen to him."
Then there came a cloud overshadowing them; and there came a voice out of the cloud. "This is my Son, my beloved. Listen to him."
"David himself then calls him Lord; so how can he be his son?" Now the great mass of the people were wont to listen to him with delight;
And a voice came out of the cloud, saying. "This is my Son, my chosen one; listen to him."
Now all the tax-gatherers and sinners continued to draw near him, and to listen to him.
And all the people used to come him early in the morning in the Temple, to listen to him.
So many of his disciples, when they heard it, said: "This teaching is unbelievable! Who can listen to him?"
Many of them kept saying. "He has a demon and is mad! Why do you listen to him?"
