'Roaring of the Sea' in the Bible

On that day they will roar over it,like the roaring of the sea.When one looks at the land,there will be darkness and distress;light will be obscured by clouds.

Ah! The roar of many peoples—they roar like the roaring of the seas.The raging of the nations—they rage like the raging of mighty waters.
