'This Is What The Lord Says' in the Bible

Then the Spirit of the Lord came on me, and He told me, “You are to say: This is what the Lord says: That is what you are thinking, house of Israel; and I know the thoughts that arise in your mind.

and say to it: This is what the Lord says: I am against you. I will draw My sword from its sheath and cut off both the righteous and the wicked from you.

“Son of man, prophesy: This is what the Lord says! You are to proclaim:A sword! A sword is sharpenedand also polished.

This is what the Lord says:Those who support Egypt will fall,and its proud strength will collapse.From Migdol to Syenethey will fall within it by the sword.This is the declaration of the Lord God.
