Then Yahweh called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of assembly, saying,

“Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘When any one of you brings an offering to the Lord, you shall bring your offering of [domestic] animals from the herd (cattle, oxen) or from the flock (sheep, goats).

If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish; he shall offer it at the doorway of the Tent of Meeting so that he may be accepted before the Lord.

‘But if his offering is from the flock, of the sheep or of the goats, as a burnt offering, he shall offer a male without blemish.

" 'But if his offering for Yahweh is a burnt offering from the birds, [then] he must present his offering from the turtledoves or from {the young doves}.

and he hath brought it in unto the sons of Aaron, the priests, and he hath taken from thence the fulness of his hand of its flour and of its oil, besides all its frankincense, and the priest hath made perfume with its memorial on the altar, a fire-offering of sweet fragrance to Jehovah;

The remainder of the grain [offering] {belongs to} Aaron and to his sons--{it is a most holy thing} from the offerings made by fire for Yahweh.

And you shall bring the grain [offering] that is made from these things to Yahweh, and [the offerer] shall bring it to the priest, and he shall bring it to the altar.

And the priest shall take from the meat offering a memorial thereof, and shall burn it upon the altar: it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

And the remainder of the grain [offering] {belongs to} Aaron and to his sons--{it is a most holy thing} from the offerings made by fire for Yahweh.

" 'Every grain [offering] you bring to Yahweh must not be made of yeasted food, because you must not turn into smoke any yeast or any honey from an offering made by fire for Yahweh.

And every oblation of thy meat offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking from thy meat offering: with all thine offerings thou shalt offer salt.

and the priest hath made perfume with its memorial from its beaten out corn, and from its oil, besides all its frankincense -- a fire-offering to Jehovah.

‘If a man’s offering is a sacrifice of peace offerings, if he offers an animal from the herd, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the Lord.

And he hath brought near from the sacrifice of the peace-offerings a fire-offering to Jehovah, the fat which is covering the inwards, and all the fat which is on the inwards,

If his peace offering to the Lord is an animal from the flock, male or female, he shall offer the animal without blemish.

And he hath brought near from the sacrifice of the peace-offerings a fire-offering to Jehovah, its fat, the whole fat tail (over-against the bone he doth turn it aside), and the fat which is covering the inwards, and all the fat which is on the inwards,

and he hath brought near from it his offering, a fire-offering to Jehovah, the fat which is covering the inwards, and all the fat which is on the inwards,

"Speak to the {Israelites}, saying, 'If a person sins by an unintentional wrong from any of Yahweh's commands that should not be {violated}, and he {violates} {any of them}--

The anointed priest is to take blood from the bull to the Tent of Meeting.

And the priest dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkled from the blood seven times before Jehovah, before the vail of the holy place.

And the priest gave from the blood upon the horns of the altar of the incense of aromatics before Jehovah, which is in the tent of appointment; and all the blood of the bullock he shall pour out at the foundation of the altar of burnt-offering, which is at the door of the tent of appointment

And he shall take off from it all the fat of the bullock for the sin offering; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,

As it was taken off from the bullock of the sacrifice of peace offerings: and the priest shall burn them upon the altar of the burnt offering.

And he brought forth all the bullock to from without the camp to a clean place, to the pouring out of the ashes, and burnt it upon the wood in fire: upon the pouring out of the ashes it shall be burnt

And if the whole congregation of Israel sin through ignorance, and the thing be hid from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which should not be done, and are guilty;

When a prince, shall sin, - and shall do something, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh his God as to things which should not be done, by mistake and shall become aware of his guilt;

Then the priest must take some of the blood from the sin offering with his finger and apply it to the horns of the altar of burnt offering. The rest of its blood he must pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering.

And he shall burn all its fat on the altar, as the fat of the sacrifice of peace-offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him to cleanse him from his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

And, if, any person, shall sin, by mistake from among the people of the land, - by his doing anything departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall become aware of his guilt;

Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.

Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.

Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.

And it was when he shall be guilty for one from these, and he shall confess that he sinned upon it

And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.

“But if he cannot afford an animal from the flock, then he may bring to the Lord two turtledoves or two young pigeons as restitution for his sin—one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:

Then he is to sprinkle some of the blood from the sin offering on the sidewall of the altar. Now as to the remainder of the blood, he is to pour it out at the base of the altar for a sin offering.

And he shall offer the other for a burnt-offering, according to the ordinance. And the priest shall make atonement for him to cleanse him from his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

and he hath brought it in unto the priest, and the priest hath taken a handful from it -- the fulness of his hand -- its memorial -- and hath made perfume on the altar, according to the fire-offerings of Jehovah; it is a sin-offering.

So shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him, on account of his sin which he hath committed, departing from some one of these things, and it shall be forgiven him, - then shall it be the priest's, like the meal-offering.

"When a person {displays infidelity} and he sins in an unintentional wrong {in any of} Yahweh's holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock as a guilt offering by your valuation [in] silver shekels according to the sanctuary shekel.

that, moreover, which he took away from the sanctuary, shall he make good and the fifth part thereof, shall he add thereunto, and shall give it to the priest, - and, the priest, shall put a propitiatory-covering over him with the guilt-bearing ram and it shall be forgiven him.

"If a person when he sins {violates} one from all of Yahweh's commands that should not {be violated}, but he did not know, then he is guilty and he shall bear his guilt.

He shall bring to the priest a ram without defect from the flock as a guilt offering by your valuation, and the priest shall make atonement for him because of his unintentional wrong (although he himself did not know), and he will be forgiven.

When any person, shall sin, and shall commit a trespass against Yahweh, - and shall withhold something of the truth from his neighbour in respect of a deposit, or a pledge or anything plundered, or shall use extortion with his neighbour;

Or from all which he shall swear upon it for falsehood; and he recompensed it in its head, and he shall add its fifth part upon it, and he shall give it to whom it is to him, in the day of his trespass.

And he must bring as his guilt offering to Yahweh a ram without defect from the flock by your valuation as a guilt offering to the priest,

and the priest shall make atonement for him {before} Yahweh, and he shall be forgiven {anything} from all that he might do {by which he might incur guilt}."

The priest shall put on his linen garment, and he shall put on his linen breeches upon his body; and he shall remove the ashes from where the fire has consumed the burnt offering on the altar, and he shall put them beside the altar.

The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest will burn wood on the fire. He is to arrange the burnt offering on the fire and burn the fat portions from the fellowship offerings on it.

and one hath lifted up of it with his hand from the flour of the present, and from its oil, and all the frankincense which is on the present, and hath made perfume on the altar, sweet fragrance -- its memorial to Jehovah.

Aaron and his sons are to eat what is left over from it. It must be eaten unleavened in a holy place; they are to eat it in the courtyard of the Meeting Tent.

It must not be baked [with] yeast. I have given it [as] their share from my offerings made by fire. It [is] {a most holy thing}, like the sin offering and like the guilt offering.

Every male among the children of Aaron shall eat of it, as his portion for ever throughout your generations, from the offerings of Jehovah made by fire: whosoever toucheth them shall be holy.

And the anointed priest that shall be in his stead from among his sons shall offer it: by a statute for ever it shall be wholly burnt unto Jehovah.

Every grain offering from a priest is to be burned whole. It is not to be eaten."

Every one touching upon its flesh shall be consecrated: and when shall be sprinkled from its blood upon his garment, what shall be sprinkled upon it thou shalt wash in the holy place.

But any sin offering [from] which {some of} its blood is brought to the tent of assembly to make atonement in the sanctuary must not be eaten; it must be burned in the fire.'"

The offerer must present all the fat from it: the fat tail, the fat surrounding the entrails,

The hide from the burnt offering brought by the offeror is to belong to the priest.

Of this he shall present one [cake] from each offering as a contribution to the Lord; it shall belong to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings.

And the flesh of the sacrifice of praise of his peace, in the day of his offering shall be eaten; he shall not leave from it till morning.

" 'But if his sacrifice [is] [for] a vow or [as] a freewill offering, it must be eaten on the day of his presenting his sacrifice, and on the next day the remainder from it may be eaten,

but the remainder from the sacrifice's meat must be burned up in the fire on the third day.

If some of the meat of his peace offering sacrifice is ever eaten on the third day it will not be accepted; it will not be accounted to the one who presented it, since it is spoiled, and the person who eats from it will bear his punishment for iniquity.

But the soul that eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, that pertain unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

Moreover the soul that shall touch any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man, or any unclean beast, or any abominable unclean thing, and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which pertain unto the LORD, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

“Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘You shall not eat any fat from an ox, a sheep or a goat.

For whosoever eateth the fat of the beast, of which men offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, even the soul that eateth it shall be cut off from his people.

You are not to eat any form of blood in any of your dwellings, whether it's from birds or animals.

Whatsoever soul it be that eateth any manner of blood, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

'Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, He who is bringing near the sacrifice of his peace-offerings to Jehovah doth bring in his offering to Jehovah from the sacrifice of his peace-offerings;

You shall give the right thigh to the priest as a contribution from the sacrifices of your peace offerings.

[As for] the one from Aaron's sons who presents the blood of the fellowship offerings and the fat, the right upper thigh {shall belong to him} [as] his share,

For the wave breast and the heave shoulder have I taken of the children of Israel from off the sacrifices of their peace offerings, and have given them unto Aaron the priest and unto his sons by a statute for ever from among the children of Israel.

This is the portion of the anointing of Aaron and of the anointing of his sons, from Jehovah's offerings by fire, in the day when he presented them to serve Jehovah as priests,

which Jehovah hath commanded to give to them in the day of His anointing them, from the sons of Israel -- a statute age-during to their generations.

And he will sprinkle from it upon the altar seven times, and anoint the altar and all its vessels, and the wash-basin, and its foot, to consecrate them.

and he slaughtered it, and Moses took the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and cleansed the altar from sin, and the blood he poured at the bottom of the altar, and hallowed it, making atonement for it.

And he will slaughter, and Moses will take from its blood, and will give upon the extremity of Aaron's right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.

And he will bring near Aaron's sons, and Moses will give from the blood upon the extremity of their right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right feet: and Moses will sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.

Then he took the fat from the tail, all the fat on the internal organs, the appendage of the liver, the two kidneys with the fat, and the right thigh.

and from the basket of the unleavened bread that [was] before Yahweh he took one ring-shaped unleavened bread and one ring-shaped bread with oil and one wafer, and he placed [them] on the {fat parts} and on the right upper thigh.

And Moses took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt offering: they were consecrations for a sweet savour: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

Then Moses took the breast section, and he waved it [as] a wave offering {before} Yahweh from the ram of the consecration offering; it [was] Moses' share, [just] as Yahweh had commanded Moses.

And Moses will take from the oil of anointing, and from the blood which is upon the altar, and will sprinkle upon Aaron, upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon his sons' garments with him; and will consecrate Aaron and his garments, and his sons, and his sons' garments with him.

And ye shall not go out from the door of the tent of meeting seven days, until the days of your consecration be fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you seven days.

And you must stay [at the] entrance to [the] tent of assembly day and night [for] seven days, and you shall keep the obligation from Yahweh, so you might not die, for thus I have been commanded."

and he said to Aaron, "Take a calf from the herd for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before Yahweh.
