And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshiped the sun toward the east.

Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits wide on the one side, and six cubits wide on the other side, which was the width of the tabernacle.

So he measured its length, twenty cubits; and its width, twenty cubits, beyond the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place.

And he measured the length of the building opposite the separate courtyard which was behind it, and its galleries on the one side and on the other side, a hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court;

From the ground to above the door were cherubim and palm trees made, and on the wall of the temple.

The posts of the temple were square, and also the face of the sanctuary; the appearance of the one like the appearance of the other.

And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.

And there were carved on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm trees, as were carved upon the walls; and there were thick planks upon the face of the porch outside.

For the length of the chambers that were on the outer court was fifty cubits: while those facing the temple were a hundred cubits.
