And they brought forth the he goats of the sin before the king and the congregation, and they laid their hands upon them;
when the sin, which they have committed, is understood, then the congregation shall offer a young bullock as the sin and bring it before the tabernacle of the testimony.
And Aaron shall cause the he goat upon which the LORD's lot fell to be brought and offer him for the sin.
