For there stood by me this night an angel, belonging to the God whose I am and whom I serve,
And behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side, and woke him up, saying, "Stand up quickly." His chains fell off from his hands. When they were past the first and the second guard, they came to the iron gate that leads into the city, which opened to them by itself. The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands. The Lord is among them, from Sinai, into the sanctuary.
He makes his angels winds; his servants flames of fire.

Of the angels he says, "Who makes his angels winds, and his servants a flame of fire."
Are not they all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?
