Now therefore give me this mountain. This is where Jehovah spoke that day. You heard about the Anakims that day. Their cities were large and fortified and Jehovah helped me drive them out just as Jehovah said.

They are descendants of Anakim. You know all about them. You also heard it said: Who can oppose the descendants of Anak? By faith he kept the Passover, and the sprinkling of the blood, that the destroyer of the firstborn should not touch them.
