Eunuch » Prohibited from certain privileges of the congregation
"No man whose testicles have been crushed or whose penis has been cut off may participate in the assembly of the LORD.
"Let no foreigner who has joined himself to the LORD say: "The LORD will surely exclude me from his people.' Furthermore, let no eunuch say, "Look! I am just a dry tree.'" For this is what the LORD says: "To the eunuchs who observe my Sabbaths, who choose the things that please me, and who hold fast my covenant to them I will give in my house and within my walls a monument and a name better than sons and daughters. If an alien who resides with you wants to observe the Passover to the LORD, every male in his household must be circumcised, and then he may come near to observe it. He is to be like a native of the land, but no uncircumcised person is to eat it.
