Isaiah said this when he saw his glory and spoke about him.

Now that this has touched your lips, your guilt is taken away, and your sins atoned for." Then I heard the voice of the LORD as he was asking, "Whom will I send? Who will go for us?" "Here I am!" I replied. "Send me."
