LORD, when thou didst go out of Seir, when thou didst march out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the heavens dropped; the clouds also dropped water.
He waters the mountains from his chambers; the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works. He causes the hay to grow for the cattle and grass for the service of man, that he may bring forth bread out of the earth

These are wells without water, clouds that are brought by a whirlwind, to whom gross darkness is reserved for ever.
The clouds poured out floods of waters; the heavens thundered; thy bolts of lightning also went forth.

Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of the one who is perfect in knowledge?
He binds up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.
If the clouds are full of rain, they shall empty themselves upon the earth; and if the tree falls toward the south or toward the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it shall remain. He that observes the wind shall not sow, and he that regards the clouds shall not reap.
