The voice of the Lord
And strips the forests bare;
And in His temple all are saying, “Glory!”
For ask now the animals, and they will teach you [that God does not deal with His creatures according to their character]; ask the birds of the air, and they will tell you; Or speak to the earth [with its other forms of life], and it will teach you; and the fish of the sea will declare [this truth] to you.

And remains in its hiding place.
“Surely the mountains bring him food,
And all the wild animals play there.

Man goes forth to his work and remains at his task until evening. O Lord, how many and varied are Your works! In wisdom have You made them all; the earth is full of Your riches and Your creatures.
