For it is written in the law of Moses, You shall not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treads out the grain. Does God care for oxen?




And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your descendants after you; And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.

Who provides for the raven its food? when its young ones cry unto God, they wander about for lack of food.

But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of howling creatures; and ostriches shall dwell there, and wild goats shall dance there. The hyenas shall cry in its towers, and jackals in their pleasant palaces: her time is near, and her days shall not be prolonged.

Therefore the wild beasts of the desert shall dwell there with the jackals, and the ostriches shall dwell in it: and it shall be no more inhabited forever; neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation.
