Look, for thus shall a man be blessed {who fears Yahweh}.


Blessed [is] everyone who fears Yahweh, who walks in his ways. You will indeed eat of the labor of your hands; you [will be] happy and [it will be] well with you.


for you are still fleshly. For where [there is] jealousy and strife among you, are you not fleshly, and do you not live like [unregenerate] people? For whenever anyone says, "I am with Paul," and another, "I [am] with Apollos," are you not [merely] human? Therefore, what is Apollos and what is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, and to each as the Lord gave. read more.
I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing [it] to grow. So then, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who is causing [it] to grow. Now the one who plants and the one who waters are one, but each one will receive his own reward according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building.

They shall not build and another inhabit; they shall not plant and another eat. For the days of my people [shall be] like the days of tree, and my chosen ones shall enjoy the work of their hands. They shall not labor for nothing, and they shall not give birth to horror, for they {shall be offspring blessed by} Yahweh, and their descendants with them.



Please take my gift which has been brought to you, for God has dealt graciously with me, and because {I have enough}." And he urged him, so he took [it].

But his bow remained in a steady position; {his arms} were made agile by the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob. From there [is] the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel. Because of the God of your father he will help you and [by] Shaddai he will bless you with the blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that crouches beneath, blessings of the breasts and the womb. The blessings of your father are superior to the blessings of my ancestors, to the bounty of the everlasting hills. May they be on the head of Joseph, and on the forehead of the prince of his brothers.
