Then he got into one of the boats, which was Simon's, and asked him to put out a little from the land. And he sat down and taught the people from the boat.
Seeing the crowds, he went up on a mountain, and when he sat down his disciples came to him.
Then he closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant, and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on him.
