When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it; for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow!

When you make a vow to the Lord your God, you shall not delay to pay it, for it would be sin in you, and the Lord your God will surely require it of you.


Give glory to the Lord your God,
Before He brings darkness
And before your feet stumble
On the dusky mountains,
And while you are hoping for light
He makes it into deep darkness,
And turns it into gloom.


I hastened and did not delay
To keep Your commandments.


You shall not delay the offering from your harvest and your vintage. The firstborn of your sons you shall give to Me.


For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand Today, if you would hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah, As in the day of Massah in the wilderness,
