Thematic Bible: Took money from ahaz, but strengthened him not

Then Tiglath-Pileser the king of Assyria came against him and brought trouble for him, {instead of helping him}, for Ahaz took a portion [from] the house of Yahweh and the house of the king and the princes, and he gave [it] to the king of Assyria, but it was no help to him.
