Thematic Bible: What love is

Owe no one anything but brotherly love; for he that loveth others hath fulfilled the Law. For these, "Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not covet," and every other commandment, are summed up in this precept, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself." Love worketh no ill to ones neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the Law.

Grace, mercy, peace shall be with you from God the Father, and from Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. I rejoiced greatly, that I found some of thy children walking in truth, as we received commandment from the Father. And this is love, that we walk according to his commandments. This is the commandment, as ye have heard from the beginning, that ye should walk in it.
