7 Bible Verses about Anguish, Cause

Moses reported this to the Israelites. But they would not listen to him. For they were so discouraged by their backbreaking work.

Then he said: 'Come here and kill me! I am badly wounded and about to die.'

From this day forward I will make all the people and nations through out the earth afraid of you. They will hear reports about you and tremble and be in anguish because of you.

I will not keep from speaking. I must express my anguish. I must complain in my bitterness.

They will pass through the land when they are hard-pressed (destressed) and hungry. When they are hungry, they will be furious. Then they will look up and curse their king and God.

A woman in tribulation has sorrow, because her hour to give birth has come. When she delivers the child, she remembers no more anguish, because of the joy that a man is born into the world.

For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote to you with many tears. Not that you should be made sorry, but that you might know the love that I have more abundantly for you.
