The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,

And Jacob said to Laban, Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled, that I may go in to her. And Laban gathered together all the men of the place, and made a feast.

And his father went down to the woman, and Samson made a feast there; for so the young men used to do.

But as they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and the ones that were ready went in with him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut.

and ye like men who wait their own lord whenever he may leave the wedding, that when he comes and knocks, they may open to him immediately.
