And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful works which he performed, and the children crying in the temple and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David! they were displeased, and said to him, Do you hear what these say? And Jesus said to them, Yes. Have you never read, that out of the mouths of babes and nursing infants, you have perfected praise?

and whoever has left brothers or sisters, or a father or mother, or children, or lands or houses, for my name's sake, shall receive many times as much, and inherit eternal life.

Jesus said, I tell you truly, there is no one who has left a house, or brothers, or sisters, or a mother, or father, or children, or lands, for my sake, and for the sake of the good news, who shall not receive a hundred fold now at this present time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions, and in the life to come eternal life.

But if any widow has children or relatives, let them learn first to support their family and to make returns to their parents, for this is acceptable in the sight of God.

He that is of God hears the words of God; you, therefore, hear not, because you are not of God.

Whether then you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

and whatever you do in word or in work, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to the God [and] Father through him.
