And so then there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit, and he cried out, saying, "{Leave us alone}, Jesus the Nazarene! Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One of God!" And Jesus rebuked him, saying, "Be silent, and come out of him!"read more.
And [after] convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, the unclean spirit came out of him. And they were all amazed, so that [they began] to discuss with one another, saying, "What is this? A new teaching with authority! He even commands the unclean spirits and they obey him."

And in the synagogue there was a man who had the spirit of an unclean demon, and he cried out with a loud voice, "Ha! {Leave us alone}, Jesus the Nazarene! Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One of God!" And Jesus rebuked him, saying, "Be silent and come out of him!" And [after] throwing him down in their midst, the demon came out of him without hurting him at all.read more.
And amazement came upon [them] all, and they began to talk with one another, saying, "What word [is] this? For he commands the unclean spirits with authority and power, and they come out!"

And the seventy-two returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!"
