2 Bible Verses about Drinks

Then Jesus said to them, "I tell you, if you do not eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no self-existent life. Whoever lives on my flesh and drinks my blood possesses eternal life, and I will raise him to life on the Last Day.

Now on the last day, the great day of the festival, Jesus stood up and cried out, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. If anyone believes in me, streams of living water, as the Scripture says, shall flow forth from his heart." He meant by this the Spirit which those who believed in him were to receive??or the Spirit had not yet come, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.
