Therefore with joy shall you draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Now the Jews' feast of tabernacles was at hand.

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believes on me, as the scripture has said, out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water. Gather the people together, men, and women, and children, and your stranger that is within your gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the LORD your God, and observe to do all the words of this law:

And it shall be, that whosoever will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. And if the family of Egypt goes not up, and comes not, they will have no rain; there shall be the plague, with which the LORD will smite the nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. read more.
This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Now about the middle of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.
