How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me? How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall my enemy be exalted over me?

strengthened with all might, according to the power of his glory unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness, giving thanks unto the Father, who has made us worthy to participate in the inheritance of the saints in light,

Therefore we fault not; but though our outward man is wearing out, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our tribulation, which is momentary and light, prepares an exceeding and eternal weight of glory unto us;

Mem The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, and he delights in his way. Though he falls, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.

For a just man falls seven times and rises up again, but the wicked shall fall into evil.

Therefore I am certain that neither death nor life nor angels nor principalities nor powers nor things present nor things to come nor height nor depth nor any creature shall be able to separate us from the charity of God, which is in Christ, Jesus our Lord.

Most gladly, therefore, I will rather glory in my weaknesses that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Therefore I am content in weaknesses, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake, for when I am weak, then am I strong.
