But we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to his purpose.
and he not fashioned after this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Jesus says to them, My time is not yet; but your time is always ready. The world is not able to hate you; but it hates me, because I testify against it, that its works are evil. You go up to the feast: I do not go to this feast; because my time is not yet fulfilled.
And Jesus responds to them, saying, The hour has come, that the Son of man may be glorified.
And before the feast of the passover, Jesus knowing that the hour has come when He must depart out of this world to His Father, having loved His own who were in the world, with divine love, He loved them perfectly.
Jesus spoke these words; and lifting up His eyes to heaven, said, Father, the hour has come; glorify thy Son, in order that the Son may glorify thee:
having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his own good pleasure, which he purposed in himself in the economy of the fulness of the times, to rehead all things in Christ, those in the heavens, and those upon the earth; in him,
Then let all the house of Israel assuredly know that God hath made this same Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.
he humbled himself, being obedient even unto death, yea, the death of the cross. Therefore God has indeed exalted him, and given him a name above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee must bow, of things in heaven and things upon the earth and things beneath the earth,read more.

whom he put forth the heir of all things, and through whom he created the ages; who being the brightness of his glory, and the character of his person, and holding up all things by the word of his power, having made purgation of the sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; being so much greater than the angels, that he has inherited a name so much more excellent than they.
Because I have come down from heaven, not that I may do my own will, but the will of Him that sent me.
And having gone forward a little, He fell on His face, praying, and saying, My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me: moreover not as I will, but as thou wilt. And He comes to the disciples, and finds them sleeping, and says to Peter, Were you not able to watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.read more.
And again the second time, having gone away, He prayed, saying, My Father, if it is possible that this cup pass from me, if I shall not drink it, let thy will be done.
And having gone forward a little, He fell on the ground; and continued to pray, that if possible, the hour may pass from Him. And He said, Father, Father, all things are possible to thee; take this cup from me; but not what I will, but what thou wilt.
saying, Father, if this cup is willing to pass from me; moreover let not my will, but thine be done.
Jesus says to them, My food is that I may do the will of Him that sent me, and finish His work.
I am not able to do anything of myself: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is righteous; because I do not seek my own will, but the will of the One having sent me.
Who in the days of his flesh, having with strong crying and tears offered up both prayers and supplications unto him who is able to save him from death, and having been heard on account of his piety, indeed being a Son, he learned obedience from those things which he suffered;
then I said, Lo, I come in the volume of the Book it has been written of me to do thy will, O God.
For this is the will of my Father, that every one seeing the Son, and believing on Him, may have eternal life; and I will raise him up in the last day.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that every one believing on Him may not perish but have eternal life. For God sent not His Son into the world that He may condemn the world; but that the world through Him may be saved.
