12 Bible Verses about God Sitting In Glory

And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and those which are on the sea, and all things in them, all heard I saying, To him that sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and power forever and ever.

and raised us up and seated us together with Christ Jesus in the heavenly worlds,

And when the cherubs gave glory and honor and thanks to him that sat on the throne who lives forever and ever,

and he that swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God, and by him that sits on it.

To him that conquers will I give to sit down with me on my throne, as I conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.

And immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

the twenty-four elders fell down on their faces before him that sat on the throne, and worshipped him that lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before his throne, saying,

And I saw at the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written. within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

And he came and took [the book] from the right hand of him that sat on the throne.

and said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb,

and they cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation be to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb.

Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple, and he that sits on the throne will dwell among them.
